I started practicing Reiki in 2001 and immediately knew I had found my true vocation.   I graduated from the Reiki Training Program in Seattle in 2003 as a Reiki Master.  I taught and practiced Reiki for several years.  I have recently started teaching again after a 6yr break to focus on my 3 young children.  Reiki has been extremely helpful during my pregnancies, babies' births, parenting and self-care as a hard-working Mama.  I am also a pediatric social worker at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center.   I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, with a Masters in Social Work.

Empowering people in their own healing and spiritual paths is such a joy for me.  I greatly enjoy teaching Reiki and unlocking or increasing that healing power that is in us all.  It is an honor and a privilege to share in this powerful life-force energy with others.  I have witnessed miracles large and small from the stopping of heart attacks to relief from depression.
